Dr. Lauri E. Frazier

Optometrist | Clear Sight Optical – Dothan, AL

Dr. Lauri Frazier was born and raised in Andalusia, AL. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Troy State University in 2001. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2005.

She completed a residency in Primary Care Optometry with a focus on Ocular Disease at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center in 2006. Since then, Dr. Frazier has provided eye care in both private and retail practice settings in Dothan, AL.

Now practicing at Clear Sight Optical, she is excited to welcome returning and new patients. Dr. Frazier is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Alabama Optometric Association.

Her patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and expertise in diagnosing and managing eye conditions make her a trusted eye care service provider in the Wiregrass area.

She offers care for:
