Dr. Lauri E. Frazier
Optometrist | Clear Sight Optical – Dothan, AL
Dr. Lauri Frazier was born and raised in Andalusia, AL. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Troy State University in 2001 and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2005.
She completed a residency in Primary Care Optometry with a focus on Ocular Disease at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center in 2006. Since then, Dr. Frazier has provided eye care in both private and retail practice settings in Dothan, AL.
Now practicing at Clear Sight Optical, she is excited to welcome returning and new patients. Dr. Frazier is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Alabama Optometric Association. Her patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and expertise in diagnosing and managing eye conditions make her a trusted provider in the Wiregrass area.
She offers care for:

Contact lens fittings
Eye disease management (e.g., dry eyes, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, conjunctivitis)
Outside the clinic, Dr. Frazier enjoys spending time with her husband, Drew, and their two children. She can often be found cheering at her kids’ sporting events, attending concerts, or scuba diving in Panama City.
